Go to the Academics module

On the sidebar, open the performances section and choose:
- Year Performances — for national exam (KCSE / KCPE) results
- Subjects Performances — for per-subject performance

Click Add to create a new entry

Enter the number of students per grade. Empty grade fields are automatically set to zero (0)

Enrollment, Total Points and Mean Points are calculated automatically

Click Save
