National exam (KCSE/KCPE) and subject performance figures are entered under the **Academics** module.

1. Go to the **Academics** module

2. On the sidebar, open the performances section and choose:

   * **Year Performances** — for national exam (KCSE / KCPE) results
   * **Subjects Performances** — for per-subject performance

3. Click **Add** to create a new entry

4. Enter the number of students per grade. Empty grade fields are automatically set to zero (0)

5. **Enrollment**, **Total Points** and **Mean Points** are calculated automatically

6. Click **Save**
